The
governing body of Coos Foundation is a Board of Directors composed
of nine members. They serve without compensation and are responsible
for the management of all properties and monies doanted to the
Foundation.
Contributions are placed in trust with the earnings used for
the benefit of the people of Southwestern Oregon. Charitable
programs outside our geographic area may be considered if requested
by the donor. In order for contributions to be tax-deductible,
donors may not specify the uses of the funds the donate. The
Board of Directors will, however, make every reasonable effort
to fulfill the wishes of the donor. |
